How It Started
2019
Studio Kamio is founded. Development begins on the Godtail universe — a cyberpunk world reshaped by a global viral catastrophe. The story was written before the events that would define the years to come.
2020
As real-world events made the themes we had already been exploring feel uncomfortably familiar, development continued. The eerie parallel only deepened our commitment to the story and its universe.
Military Service
The founder's experience in military service shaped Godtail's DNA. Tactical planning, martial discipline, and teamwork under pressure became embedded in the world's characters, equipment, and design philosophy.
Today
Studio Kamio continues expanding Godtail across comics, games, apparel, digital art, and future interactive experiences — one release at a time.
